Abstract

ABSTRACT The aims of the research are as follow : (1) Knowing the different effect of demonstrations and modifications tool to outcomes learning of top service valleyball game the male student seventh grade of SMPN 1 Karangrejo and SMPN 2 Karangrejo. (2) Knowing the different outcomes learning of top service volleyball game of male student seventh grade of SMPN 1 Karangrejo and SMPN 2 Karangrejo that have high learning motivations and low learning motivations. (3) To asses whether there is interaction between demonstration teaching method and tool modification method and the high motivations and low motivations learning of valleyball game. To get data, author used two types of instrument are : top service skill test and motivation questionnaire. Population and sample used the male student in seventh grade of SMPN 1 Karangrejo and SMPN 2 Karangrejo. Data analys by two way Anova statistic. Based on the statistic analysis of the different effect of the demonstration method and tool modifications to outcomes learning of top service valleyball game got Fhitung 161.307 dan 85.983 > Ftabel = 3.967, and the the different outcomes learning of top service volleyball game students that have high learning motivations and low learning motivations got Fhitung 27.879 and 50.809 > Ftabel = 3.967. Otherwise the analysis of whether there is interaction between demonstration teaching method and tool modification method and the high motivations and low motivations learning of valleyball game got F hitung 3.442 and 0.004 < F tabel = 3,967. The research result it could be concluded as follow: (1) There are the different effect of demonstrations and modifications tool to outcomes learning of top service valleyball game the male student seventh grade of SMPN 1 Karangrejo and SMPN 2 Karangrejo.Tool modifications method given better effect student top service outcomes learning than demonstration method. (2) There are the different outcomes learning of top service volleyball game of male student seventh grade of SMPN 1 Karangrejo and SMPN 2 Karangrejo that have high learning motivations and low learning motivations. The students with high motivations learning had better outcomes learning of top service than the students with low motivations learning (3) There is no interaction between demonstration teaching method and modification tool method and the high motivations and low motivations learning of valleyball game.
